Fairy-Tale circle skirt

Fairy-Tale skirt draft 1. Red 80in X 80in, Fairy-tale 55in X 55in. I am about 61 inches tall, that tells you something about this skirt. I intend for it to be about mid-calve length, but keeping its size, to do that it will be SUPER ruffly! It will be a double layer circle skirt, so round and spinney! Stay tuned.
